The activity was conducted in coordination with the Philippine National Police (PNP) and school officials, with the primary objective of enhancing awareness, preparedness, and the proper response of students, personnel, and other stakeholders during an active attack or similar emergency situation within or around the school premises. The activity aimed to strengthen coordination and reinforce appropriate safety and emergency response procedures to help ensure the protection and security of everyone in the school community.

Under the leadership of 𝗙𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗝𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗢 𝗙 𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗚, 𝗗𝗦𝗖, Regional Director, and direct supervision of 𝗙𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗝𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗝𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘 𝗖 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗢𝗡, Caretaker, Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal, Camarines Sur, headed by 𝗦𝗙𝗢𝟯 𝗡𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗙 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗮, Officer-In-Charge, Sagñay, Camarines Sur. This activity promotes unity and faith among BFP personnel. Through this, it strengthens fellowship and spiritual well-being, this continues to foster personnel who are committed, and prepared to respond to any emergencies. It also reflects the Bureau’s commitment not only to protect lives and property but also to build a united and resilient community.

The meeting served as an avenue for the different concerned agencies and stakeholders to coordinate plans, share relevant information, assess ongoing disaster risk reduction initiatives, and strengthen inter-agency cooperation. The participation of Sagñay Fire Station personnel also aimed to ensure proper coordination of fire and emergency response activities, enhance the municipality’s preparedness for potential hazards and emergencies, and contribute to the development of effective strategies for the safety and protection of the community.

The activity aimed to promote the presence and readiness of the Bureau of Fire Protection, while providing residents and motorists with essential information on fire prevention measures, emergency preparedness, and proper actions to take in case of fire. Through this initiative, personnel encouraged the community to remain vigilant, practice fire-safe habits, and actively participate in preventing fire incidents and protecting lives and property.
