The Local Government Unit of Salay, Misamis Oriental, through the Municipal Engineering Office, and priority project of our Mayor Jiboy Capistrano. undertook the construction of a box culvert project in Barangay Riverside-2 to improve drainage, facilitate the safe and efficient passage of stormwater, and provide a more reliable access crossing for residents and motorists. The project addresses the need for adequate water conveyance, particularly during periods of heavy rainfall, helping reduce water accumulation and potential flooding along the affected area. The construction of the box culvert also strengthens the road infrastructure and enhances accessibility and safety for the community, supporting the continuous movement of people, goods, and services while contributing to the overall improvement of local infrastructure and resilience of BarangayRiverside-2
