The Local Government Unit of Salay successfully conducted the Customer Service Excellence and Frontline Service Delivery (ARTA/RA 11032) Training on August 5, 2026, at the MIU Building, Salay, Misamis Oriental.

The activity was attended by the frontline personnel from the different offices of the LGU, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to provide efficient, responsive, and citizen-centered public service in accordance with Republic Act No. 11032.

CPR and Choking Response Training ๐Ÿš‘

The Local Government Unit of Salay, through the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) in partnership with the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), successfully conducted the CPR and Choking Response Training today, July 17, 2026, at the MIU Building.

The training equipped LGU personnel with essential life-saving knowledge and practical skills in responding to cardiac emergencies and choking incidents.

Our sincere appreciation to Mayor Jay Vincent N. Capistrano for his unwavering support of this initiative, and to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), led by MDRRMO Officer Mr. Kenneth Palamine, for their invaluable assistance and expertise in making this training a success.
