by then bishop of cebu on december 8 1862 which changed the visita of san isidro de sudao into a town and it was renamed salcedo in honor of the spanish conquetador, juan de salcedo. on december 8 1999, during the 137th foundation day celebration, msgr. robredillo, sthd, pointed out in his talk that the correct date of the foundation day, was dec. 5 1862 instead of dec. 8 1862. based on his research on reliable historical records. The correction was validated when the sangguniang bayan enacted and approved municipal ordinance no.01-04, series of 2001 declaring dec. 5 every year as the foundation day of salcedo. the ordinance further declared that the foundation day is an official local holiday for all the government ofiices including schools within the municipality's jurisdiction. since then salcedo celebrates its foundation day on the 5th of december.

Following the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI, on 13 March 2013 the papal conclave elected Bergoglio, who chose the papal name Francis in honour of Saint Francis of Assisi—the first pope to have taken the name, Francis.Bergoglio is also the first Jesuit pope; the first pope from the Americas, and the first pope from the Southern Hemisphere.

ang pag ibig ay parang musika may malungkot ,masaya, nakakatuwa, makapagdamdamin. minsan sa musika nailalabas natin ang tunay na damdamin ang tunay na nilalaman ng iyong puso na hindi mo kayang iesplika sayong sariling salita. pag masaya ka at inlove minsan kahit wala na sa tono sige pa din ang iyong pagkanta makikita ang mga ngiti sa iyong mga matang kumukutikutitap mga ngiti sayong labi parang ayaw mo ng matapos ang araw na sya ay kasama mo, pag ikaw naman ay nasawi sa pag ibig musika padin ang iyong labasan ng sama ng luob maaring hindi ka makakanta dahil sobrang bigat ng iyong dinadalang puot at sakit ngunit ikay nakikinig ng musika at pinipilit na alalahanin ang lahat ng nakalipas masya at malungkot na alala ng inyong ibigan pinipilit intindihin ang mga pang yayari kung sino ang may pag kakamali sya ba o ako? sabay tulo ng luha na di mapigil sa pag agos.masarap ulit ulit ang musika lalonat itoy katulad ng musika ng iyong buhay. lahat ng istorya ay may simula at katapusan, may natatapos na masaya may natatapos na malungkot, may natatapos na nagiging inspirasyon ng iyong buhay.ang pag ibig yata ay talagang mahirap intindihin. hindi mo alam minsan kung ikaw mananalo o matatalo sabi nila parang isang laro ang tawag dito ngunit pano mo ba malalaman kung ikaw ay panalo o talo. sa aking palagay walang panalo at talo basta nag mahal ka tama man o mali parehas lang na nasasaktan .sabi nila may pag mamahal na tanga o nag papakatanga may dalawang klase din ng tao isang manloloko at isang nag papaloko, ngunit pano mo ba malalaman kung hindi mo susubukang mag mahal, meron bang sukatan ang pag mamahal? yung malalaman mo na hanggang dun lang para hidi kana umiyak at masaktan. ngunit saaking palagay hindi lahat ng pag mamahal ay masaya minsan kailangan kayong dumaan sa mga pag subok na lalo mag papatatag at magpapatibay ng inyong relasyon ngunit pano mo ba malalam kung ito nga ba ay pag subok o isa ng katangahan ?minsan ako ay nalilito na pano ba mag mahal ng di ka masasaktan o pag mamahal na hindi matatapos yung parang sapat lang hindi sobra hindi kulang paano nga ba?bkit sa umpisa napakasaya parang walang katapusan ligaya ang iyong mararamdaman ngunit sa huli ay lungkot at patak ng luha ang iyong mapag hahantungan. SANA UNG MUSIKANG NATAGPUAN KO NGAUN AY NASA TONO NA.. AT SANA UNG NGITI SA LABI KO DINA MAPAWI PA...SARAP MAGMAHAL... SANA... SANA.. IKAW NA NGA ANG MUSIKA NG AKING BUHAY...
