Nowadays, our lives have been exposed through media, and it is critical in most of us that it affects our daily lives as well as physically and mentally, especially in this generation where most of our work is reliant on the internet and technology. We have various activities in our daily lives, and I believe that we use media to fill the gaps in our time and activities. There are pros and cons of media that affect our daily lives, and as a student, media is useful for me not only for entertainment but also for school-related activities and watching news. However, there is a disadvantage of media in our lives, especially for this generation, because we easily believe what we see or hear, and it is not healthy for our mental capacity the stress that is put into us.
