PESO-LGU-Salvador Lanao del Norte Inventory for active OFWs within Middle East.
For Salvador Lanao del Norte residents with family members currently deployed as OFWs in the Middle East (Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Jordan), kindly scan the QR code below or click the link https://bit.ly/40zb63Q for monitoring and assessment purposes. The information collected will be referred to the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for appropriate action.‼️‼️‼️
In view of the current developments and escalating tensions in parts of the Middle East and in our continuing mandate under Republic Act No. 11641 to ensure the protection and welfare of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of the Lanao del Norte in coordination with the Department Migrant Workers - X (DMW-X), will conduct an inventory of active OFWs from Salvador Lanao del Norte.
𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐃𝐌𝐖-𝐗 𝐭𝐨:
- Determine the number of affected or potentially affected OFWs;
- Activate appropriate welfare, repatriation, or assistance mechanisms if necessary; and
- Coordinate closely with the DMW Central Office, OWWA, DFA, and other concerned agencies for timely intervention.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝐓𝐔𝐏𝐀𝐃 𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓

The Department of Labor and Employment – Lanao del Norte Provincial Field Office (DOLE-X LDNPFO), in partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Salvador, through the municipality's Public Employment Service Office (PESO), successfully conducted a TUPAD payout to its 105 beneficiaries at the Salvador Municipal Covered Court last December 5, 2025.

Each beneficiary received ₱4,610.00 for a 10-day work period under the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD) program.
