IN PHOTOS | In line with the Bureau of Fire Protection's commitment to maintaining a competent, professional, and service-oriented workforce, Salvador Fire Station personnel led by SFO3 NiΓ±o T Cruz, MFM, guided by the leadership of of FSSUPT RICHARD V ARBUTANTE, Regional Director, BFP Region X, and the supervision of SUPT BUTCH B BAULETE, MPA, DSC, Provincial Fire Marshal of Lanao del Norte, conducted the Fire Officer 1 (FO1) Recruitment Initial Screening for aspiring firefighters.
The activity served as the first stage of the recruitment process, wherein applicants personally presented their initial documentary requirements for verification and underwent height, weight, and Body Mass Index (BMI) assessment to determine compliance with the Bureau's prescribed qualification standards.
The screening was carried out in an orderly, impartial, and transparent manner by designated evaluators, ensuring that every applicant was given equal opportunity to demonstrate their eligibility based solely on merit and fitness.
The Bureau of Fire Protection continues to uphold the principles of integrity, accountability, and professionalism throughout the recruitment process. Applicants were reminded that there are no fees required at any stage of the application, and that the Bureau maintains a zero-tolerance policy against fixers, bribery, fraud, and all forms of corruption.
