PUBLIC ADVISORY | The Bureau of Immigration – Davao District Office reminds everyone that tomorrow is the last day of the Expanded Program for Alien Typing Systems (EXPATS) in the Island Garden City of Samal.
The 3-day activity is being held at the New Public Market, located at the back of the New City Hall, from November 24–26, 2025.

SERVICES OFFERED:
1. Registration of All Foreign Nationals
Collection of basic information and biometrics for proper accounting of all foreign nationals in the Davao Region.
2. Verification of Immigration Status
Checking whether foreign nationals are legally staying, properly documented, overstaying, or have immigration concerns, and providing appropriate guidance.
3. Assistance for Undocumented or Improperly Documented Foreign Nationals
Providing legal, efficient, and humane assistance, including information on options to regularize their stay.
4. Information and Advisory on the 50% Penalty Reduction
For qualified overstaying Temporary Visitor’s Visa (TVV) holders.

Who can attend?
A barangay assembly is composed of:
➡️Actual residents of the barangay for at least six months.
➡️Citizens of the Philippines.
➡️Individuals 15 years of age or older.
➡️Duly registered members on the barangay assembly list.

❤️The assemblies are designed to promote good governance by enabling open discussion and addressing community needs.
