𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗦 𝗨𝗣 | 𝗧𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝟵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟬 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳

Starting on May 25, 2026 (Monday) to May 29, 2026 (Friday), the Grades 9 and 10 will start its 2026 Brigada Eskwela.

All learners and parents may proceed to the principal's office for coordination of the assignment of tasks and other services to prepare the school for the opening of classes.

Grade 9 and 10 teachers will be advancing the implementation of the 2026 Brigada Eskwela due to their attendance on the training which will fall on the first week of June.

Kindly bring the following cleaning materials:
• Walis tambo / Walis tingting
• Sako / garbage bags
• Guna, rake or any cutting tools
• Basahan

In reference to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2026 dated April 16, 2026, on the Guidelines for the Implementation of the Three-Term School Calendar in Basic Education, the Department of Education officially announces the conduct of the 2026 Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE) from May 4–29, 2026.

The Oplan Balik Eskwela is a nationwide initiative that aims to ensure a smooth, orderly, and learner-centered opening of classes through the collective support and collaboration of government agencies, private organizations, community stakeholders, parents, and the education sector.

The Schools Division of Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS) strongly supports the implementation of the 2026 Oplan Balik Eskwela and remains committed to providing accessible, safe, organized, and quality educational services for all learners as preparations for the opening of classes continue.

Let us work together in creating a welcoming and conducive learning environment for every learner this School Year 2026–2027.
