FAITH — PRAY TO GOD EVERY DAY 🙏💛

Hello, mga Batang May Smile! 👋

This October, let us celebrate the beautiful value of FAITH through learning to trust God, talk to Him through prayer, and believe that He is always with us through every step of our journey.

Having faith means knowing that we can always turn to God when we are happy, worried, afraid, or facing challenges. Through prayer, we can thank Him for our blessings, ask for guidance, and find strength when things do not go as planned.🌟

Prayer does not have to be long or complicated. Sometimes, a simple “Thank You, God,” “Please guide me,” or “Help me be a better person” is already a meaningful way to connect with Him. 🙏

So this month, let’s make prayer a part of our everyday lives:

𝐓𝐨𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧, 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬

The Batang May Smile Values Formation Program, together with its ambassadors Toto and Tata, brought smiles to the young learners of Barangay Pangubatan Child Development Center through the distribution of essential school supplies today, September 24, 2026.

The program ambassadors, Toto and Tata, made the activity more meaningful through interactive activities and engaging interactions with the learners. The initiative provided essential educational materials to support the children’s learning and development.

Batang May Smile continues to provide educational support and promote values formation among young Samaleño learners, helping them develop positive values, strengthen their love for learning, and build a strong foundation for their future.

The Batang May Smile Values Formation Program, led by the City Mayor’s Office–Community Affairs Division, brought smiles to the young learners of Barangay Kanaan Child Development Center through the distribution of essential school supplies today, September 22, 2026.

The program’s ambassadors, Toto and Tata, made the activity more meaningful through interactive activities, while providing school supplies to support their educational journey.

The Batang May Smile program continues to promote values formation, support young learners, and create meaningful experiences that inspire children to learn, grow, and smile.

𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧

Young learners at the Barangay San Agustin Child Development Center received learning support and took part in values-centered activities through the Batang May Smile Values Formation Program held on August 27, 2026.

Spearheded by the City Mayor’s Office–Community Affairs Division, essential learning supplies were distributed to help support the children in their daily learning needs. Program ambassadors Toto and Tata also joined the learners in fun and interactive activities to encourage positive values, friendship, and the joy of learning. The activity gave the children an opportunity to learn and participate through engaging activities that promote good values and positive interaction with others.

Through the barangay-based activities of the Batang May Smile Values Formation Program, values formation and learning support are brought closer to young Samalenyos. These meaningful experiences encourage children to learn, grow, and practice positive values in their everyday lives.

This August, our Batang May Smile children learned that loving our country starts with the little things we do every day. ❤️💙💛

From respecting our Philippine flag 🇵🇭, appreciating our language and culture, keeping our surroundings clean, helping others, and being responsible citizens—every good action is a way of showing our love for our country.

And as children of Samal Island, we also learned to love and care for our beautiful home. 🏝️💚

Because being a good Filipino starts with being a good, respectful, responsible, and caring child.

Toto and Tata delighted the children by joining them in fun and interactive activities, making the visit more meaningful and memorable.

Through the Batang May Smile Values Formation Program, the city government continues to invest in the education and holistic development of young Samalenyos by providing learning essentials and fostering values formation.
