MONDAY CONVOCATION EMPHASIZES CAMPUS SAFETY, STUDENT WELL-BEING
During today's convocation, representatives from the local police force namely Master Sergeant Wynzyn Ruth C. Butihen and Corporal Euphy Butihen conducted a safety awareness session for students and school personnel. The discussion centered on preventive measures and the importance of remaining vigilant in light of recent incidents affecting schools in various communities.
The police officers encouraged students to observe school safety protocols, report any suspicious activities, and work together in maintaining a safe and secure learning environment. The activity underscored the school's commitment to promoting safety through collaboration with law enforcement and the active participation of the entire school community.
In the same gathering, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) President led by Glaiza Marabulas under the supervision of their SSLG Coordinator, Sir Ramil Reyes, reminded students that the school's freedom wall remains available as a safe and confidential platform where they can express their thoughts, share concerns, or report experiences related to bullying and other issues affecting their well-being. Students were encouraged to use this avenue responsibly, with the assurance that their concerns will be treated with care and given appropriate attention by the school.
The school continues to strengthen initiatives that foster a secure, supportive, and inclusive environment where every learner feels safe, heard, and valued.
