Please be advised that all Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) transactions are temporarily suspended due to an ongoing system issue.
The concerned technical team is currently investigating the issue and working to restore the system at the soonest possible time.
A follow-up advisory will be issued once the LTMS has been fully restored and transactions may resume.

The LTO SAMAL DO, held its Oplan Eskwela 2026 on June 16, 2026 at Kila Elementart School, Barangay Balet, Babak District, IGACOS. The LTO Samal DO in cooperation with LTO-XI Multipurpose cooperative, distributed 70 packs of schools supplies, the beneficiary of which are students of KILA elementary School from Kinder to Grade 6 students. This activity participated also by the IGACOS office of the City Vice Mayor, through their feeding program.
