🛠️ 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗨𝗣 𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 | San Agustin LPMC Undergoes Intensive Contract Management and Construction Supervision Training! 📊

To ensure that every local project is built to last and every public centavo is spent wisely, the Local Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC) of San Agustin, Surigao del Sur, successfully completed the two-day capacity-building program on “Strengthening the Local Project Monitoring Committee: Contract Management and Construction Supervision” held on July 14-15, 2026 at MOA Hall, Bretania, San Agustin, Surigao del Sur.

Facilitated by the expert engineers of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Caraga Region, the training focused on:

📍 Day 1: Building the Technical Foundation
Sessions covering the core mandates of the LPMC, contract management essentials, construction supervision standards, and the updated RPMES guidelines.

📍 Day 2: Theory Into Action
A hands-on project site inspection, culminating in the presentation and technical critiquing of our outputs during an interactive open forum.
