The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Palawig successfully concluded the 2-Day Free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) and On-Site Medical Certification for the residents of Barangay Palawig and Yocti.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the LTO Catanduanes Provincial Office for providing the training and services, Hon. Joal C. Cocjin for making this initiative possible, the Barangay Council of Palawig for their support, and SK Yocti for the valuable partnership.

Together, we continue to empower our youth and promote safe, responsible, and knowledgeable motorists in our community.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Palawig reminds all registered participants of the 2-Day FREE Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) scheduled on September 3–4, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM.

📌 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
• PSA Birth Certificate – Photocopy
• Valid ID – Photocopy
• For married women: PSA Marriage Certificate or Marriage Certificate from the Municipal Registrar – Photocopy

📅 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄:
September 3, 2026 (Thursday) – TDC Lecture
September 4, 2026 (Friday) – Assessment and Medical Examination

📝 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒:
• Please bring a ballpen and notebook for taking notes and reviewing the lessons.
• Participants are highly encouraged to undergo the scheduled medical examination to help reduce additional expenses. A fee of ₱400.00 will be collected for the medical certification, with two copies of the certification to be issued.
• Participants from other barangays are encouraged to bring their own lunch to avoid the need to travel back and forth during the activity.
• Attendance for both days is required to qualify for the issuance of the TDC Certificate.
• Please be at the venue before 8:00 AM.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Palawig is pleased to inform the youth of the barangay that the 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐒 is a continuous service available at the SK Office.

This ongoing initiative aims to support students and young individuals by providing accessible printing assistance for school and other important documents.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Palawig during its 8th Regular Session held on August 2, 2026, at the Barangay Hall of Palawig.

The SK council convened to discuss key youth concerns, strengthen future collaborations, review ongoing projects, plan upcoming programs, and present committee reports and other matters aimed at enhancing youth participation and community development.
