San Antonio Water District respectfully inform everyone that Monday, August 24, 2026, will be the final night of mourning and visitation for our beloved GM Engr. Harry Lloyd P. Perez.

On Tuesday, August 25, 2026, we will accompany GM Engr. Harry Lloyd P. Perez on his final journey and burial as we give our last respect and farewell.

In solemn recognition of his passing and in order to allow employees to attend his burial and pay their final respects, there will be NO OFFICE WORK on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. All employees are encouraged to join in this final tribute and honor his memory.

May we continue to cherish the memories he shared with us and remember his legacy of dedication, leadership, and service.

ADJUSTMENT OF WATER BILL DUE DATE

San Antonio Water District informs its valued concessionaires that there will be a change in due date of water bills due to the continued heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

In consideration of the safety and convenience of our concessionaires and personnel, the due date for the following Barangays is hereby adjusted as follows:

August 24, 2026

Brgy. Luna
Brgy. Burgos
Brgy. Rizal
Brgy. Santiago
Brgy. Antipolo
Brgy. San Gregorio

We encourage all the affected concessionaires to take note of the revised due date and settle their water bills accordingly.

His untimely passing is a great loss to the entire San Antonio Water District family. GM Harry served the District with dedication, professionalism, and commitment, leaving behind a meaningful legacy of service and leadership.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family, loved ones, colleagues, and everyone whose lives he touched. May the memories of his kindness, leadership, and service remain in our hearts.
