The LGU-San Carlos City, Negros Occidental informs the public that, pursuant to Memo Circular No. 04 s. 2026 the adoption of a Four-Day Onsite Workweek with Work-from-Home Arrangement every Friday, office operations will follow the schedule below:

MONDAY – THURSDAY (ONSITE WORK)
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
FRIDAY – WORK-FROM-HOME (WFH)

This schedule is implemented in accordance with CSC Memo Circular 06 s. 2022, as amended by CSC MC No. 1 s. 2025, in compliance with OP Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President.
To ensure the uninterrupted delivery of essential public services, offices providing critical and frontline services will continue to operate on their regular schedules.
The public, clients, and stakeholders are encouraged to plan and schedule their visits and transactions within the stated office hours.

LOCAL NEWS | HAPSAY NGA PAGPROSESO SA BUSINESS PERMIT SA BPLO, GIDAYEG SA LOKAL NGA KAGAMHANAN NING DAKBAYAN SAN CARLOS

Gidayeg sa lokal nga kagamhanan ning dakbayan San Carlos ang hapsay nga pagproseso sa business permit ngadto sa Business Permits and Licensing Office nga nakahatag og dakong kalamboan kung itandi sa ubang syudad diin ang mga aplikante maghulat pa og pipila ka semana usa madawat ang permit.

Gituki usab sa kagamhanang lokal nga ang pagpahigayon sa usa ka fully operational nga "one-stop shop" alang sa pagproseso sa business permit mamahimong malikayan ang pagkalangan og ma-release ngadto sa duha hangtud sa tulo ka oras ang permit nga magamit sa ekonomikanhong kalihokan sa dakbayan.

Gilauman nga ang paspas nga paghatag sa business permit makatabang sa mga negosyante ilabi na sa mga bag-o pa lang magsugod og negosyo aron masugdan na ang ilang operasyon sa daling panahon.
