August 7, 2026 | KABANKALAN CITY β€” Personnel of the 3rd Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion – Negros Island Region in leadership of PMAJ JAYPEE B GUARDAQUIVIL, Company Commander, under the direct supervision of PLTCOL JAY F MALONG, AFC, RMFB NIR in close coordination with Kabankalan CCPS and Silay CCPS successfully arrested a female wanted person for Violation of Republic Act No. 6539, otherwise known as the Anti-Carnapping Law of 1972.

The arrest was carried out by the operating personnel of the 3rd Maneuver Company by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued and signed by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 6th Judicial Region, Branch 40, Silay City, Negros Occidental dated on April 8, 2021 with Php180,000.00 fixed bail recommended against the accused identified as ANGELA, single and a resident of Brgy. Tapi, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.

Following the successful operation, the arrested person was brought to Kabankalan CCPS for proper documentation and disposition. The appropriate case and legal procedures shall be undertaken in accordance with existing laws and regulations.

The 3rd Maneuver Company, RMFB-NIR, remains committed to supporting law enforcement efforts and ensuring that wanted persons are brought before the proper authorities to face the charges against them.
