SAN CLEMENTE COVID19 UPDATE

SAN CLEMENTE records another additional case, with a total of 24 confirmed Covid-19 cases to date.

TP7586 is from Barangay Nagsabaran, San Clemente, Tarlac. He is 37 years old, married, and a frontline worker assigned in Pampanga. Patient has an unknown history of exposure to a confirmed COVID positive case and develop mild COVID symptoms. Swabbed on April 8 and positive result came out on April 10. Patient is under quarantine in a facility in Pampanga.

The Municipal Task Force Against COVID19 and Municipal Contact Tracing Team conducted contact tracing to identify and isolate all contacts of the both individuals. Those who have been identified have been advised to coordinate closely with the Rural Health Unit should symptoms of COVID19 show.

The public is highly encouraged to comply with the minimum health standards set by the IATF-EID and Department of Health, such as wearing of face masks and faceshields, practicing social distancing, and regular handwashing.

To all Interested Blood Donors

The Mass Blood Donation Activity in San Clemente is being rescheduled on 29 MARCH 2021 (Monday) at the Municipal Hall Building, 8am to 12 noon.

The LGU will strictly observe the minimum health and safety protocols of the Department of Health and IATF-EID in the prevention of spread of COVID-19 virus during the said activity. Hence, all Donors are advised to wear facemasks, keep hands clean, and observe social distancing at all times during the event.
