The Team San Dionisio actively participated in the Cluster C Meeting held at Princess Apphia, Culasi, Ajuy, Iloilo. The meeting served as an avenue to reflect on our accomplishments, share best practices, and strengthen teamwork in delivering quality services to our beneficiaries.

The discussion highlighted the individual and team achievements in key areas of program implementation, including Compliance Verification for FDS, Education, and Health; Beneficiary Data Management; Grievance Redress System (GRS); and Case Management Unit (CMU).

Through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, Team San Dionisio remains committed to ensuring efficient, responsive, and meaningful service for every Pantawid Pamilya beneficiary. 🤝💙

Sa talakayang “Pangarap Ko, Abot Ko! Family Visioning at Goal Setting,” nagkaroon ng pagkakataon ang mga 4Ps beneficiaries na sama-samang pagnilayan ang kanilang mga pangarap para sa pamilya at bumuo ng malinaw na mga layunin upang unti-unting makamit ang mga ito. 💛

Sa bawat pangarap ay may kasamang pagsisikap, pagkakaisa, at tamang pagpaplano. Sama-sama nating abutin ang mas maayos at mas magandang kinabukasan para sa bawat pamilya! ✨

Strengthening Partnerships for Better Health 💙💉

The 4Ps Staff of San Dionisio conducted a meeting with the Rural Health Unit (RHU) headed by Dr. Regine Viel Manderico to discuss important health concerns, particularly the current vaccination rates and the challenges involving some household grantees who refuse or hesitate to avail of recommended vaccines.

The meeting also emphasized the importance of strengthening the partnership between the RHU and Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) of DSWD through continuous collaboration, coordination, and information sharing. Through this partnership, both agencies aim to encourage families to make informed health decisions and ensure that 4Ps households have better access to essential health services.

Together, we work toward healthier, safer, and more empowered families in San Dionisio. 🤝💉💙

Higit pa sa Nakikita: Ang Tunay na Gampanin ng mga Social Worker

Marami sa mga Pilipino ang nakakakilala sa mga social worker bilang mga taong namamahagi ng relief goods, nagpoproseso ng financial assistance, o tumutulong sa mga pamilyang nasa evacuation centers tuwing may kalamidad. Ngunit ang mga ito ay maliit na bahagi lamang ng kanilang tunay na tungkulin. Sa likod ng bawat serbisyong naibibigay ay ang masusing pag-assess sa kalagayan ng mga indibidwal at pamilya, pagsasagawa ng case management, home visits, counseling, psychosocial support, pakikipag-ugnayan sa iba't ibang ahensya, at pagtataguyod ng mga programang naglalayong mapabuti ang kalidad ng buhay ng mga taong higit na nangangailangan. Ang bawat desisyon at interbensyon ay nakabatay sa propesyonal na kaalaman, etikal na pamantayan, at taos-pusong malasakit sa kapwa.

Ang pagiging social worker ay hindi lamang isang trabaho kundi isang bokasyon ng paglilingkod. Madalas ay lampas sa regular na oras ng opisina ang kanilang pagtugon sa mga emerhensiya, sakuna, at mga agarang pangangailangan ng komunidad. Kasama nila ang mga pamilya sa panahon ng kanilang pinakamahihirap na pagsubok—nagbibigay ng pag-asa, gabay, at pagkakataong makabangon at makapagsimulang muli. Sa bawat kasong kanilang hinahawakan ay may buhay na nais nilang mabigyan ng mas magandang kinabukasan. Kaya't nararapat lamang na kilalanin at pahalagahan ang mga social worker hindi lamang sa mga serbisyong nakikita ng publiko, kundi pati na rin sa kanilang mga tahimik na sakripisyo, dedikasyon, at walang sawang pagmamalasakit sa bawat Pilipinong kanilang pinaglilingkuran.

Family Development Sessions BRGY. TUBLE

Special thanks to Barangay officials for allowing the 4ps members to use the air-conditioned barangay hall for a conducive learning venue where every members can sit properly, participate, and everyone were given a chance to share their experiences and ideas of their dreams for their children. (Following the fgd set up)

Beneficiaries were able to draw their children, write their dreams for their children and shared to the group.

They were able to identify the negative affects of child labor to in achieving the dreams of their children and pledge to support their children and fight against child labor.

Every parent dreams of giving their child a brighter future filled with hope, opportunities, and success. Through the Family Development Session (FDS) with the topic "Every Parent's Dream for a Child," parents were encouraged to reflect on their aspirations for their children and recognize the vital role they play in shaping their future.

The session highlighted the importance of love, guidance, education, and positive parenting in helping children reach their full potential. By working together as a family and staying committed to their goals, every dream can become a reality.
