ANNOUNCEMENT
Attention all incoming , 4th Year Graduating College Students!(Public and Private Schools)
The application for BAWAT BARANGAY MAKIKINABANG PROGRAM - PRESIDENTIAL SCHOLAR is now open. Qualified incoming , 4th year college Graduating students are encouraged to submit their applications and complete the required documents within the prescribed period.
📌 Only FIVE (5) slots are available.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
✅ Must be a 4th Year, Graduating College Student for School Year 2026–2027
✅ Must be a bona fide resident of Barangay Sagud Bahley, San Fabian, Pangasinan
✅ Must come from a vulnerable or economically disadvantaged household
✅ Priority shall be given to applicants whose parents or family members have not completed tertiary (college) education
✅ Must not be a beneficiary of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps)
✅ Must not be receiving any scholarship grant from the national government, local government unit (LGU), or any government agency
✅ Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% during the last semester
✅ Must be of good moral character
✅ Must be willing to participate in barangay and community development activities
Requirements:
• Certificate of Registration (COR) or Proof of Enrollment Copy of Grades
• Valid School ID ( Address must be Sagud Bahley, San Fabian)
• Photocopy of Parent/Guardian's Valid ID
