Completion Day | May 8, 2026

The successful completion of the Integrated Planning Course on Incident Command System marks a significant milestone for the 20 dedicated participants who have strengthened their knowledge, leadership, and operational planning skills in disaster response and emergency management.

This achievement reflects the commitment of the Municipality of San Felipe to building a more prepared, resilient, and mission-ready workforce.

Our sincerest gratitude to Mayor Hart for the unwavering support to capacity-building initiatives, to MDRRMO Head Raymond De Jesus for his dedication in making this training program a success, and to the Office of Civil Defense Region III for conducting this valuable training.

Day 5 | May 8, 2026

The Integrated Planning Course culminated with the Final Exercise: Operational Period Briefing. Participants demonstrated the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the five-day training through a comprehensive simulation, showcasing effective planning, coordination, and incident management capabilities. Congratulations to all participants for successfully completing this intensive capacity-building program.

Day 4 | May 7, 2026

Day 4 emphasized the vital functions of the Situation Unit Leader, Documentation Unit, Transfer of Command, Demobilization, and Closeout procedures. Participants developed practical skills in maintaining situational awareness, proper documentation, and ensuring smooth transitions and organized incident closure. These competencies are essential for comprehensive incident management.

Day 3 | May 6, 2026

On Day 3, participants explored the responsibilities of Resource Unit and Demobilization Unit Leaders. Sessions highlighted resource tracking, personnel accountability, and systematic demobilization procedures to ensure effective resource management throughout incident operations. Strengthening these units enhances operational efficiency and readiness.

Sa ika-12 ng Mayo 2026, matagumpay na isinagawa sa Barangay Maloma, San Felipe, Zambales ang NOLCOM Outreach Program na may temang “Serbisyong may Puso, Tulong sa Mangingisdang Pilipino.”

Pinagsama-samang serbisyo at malasakit ang inihatid para sa ating mga mangingisda bilang pagkilala sa kanilang mahalagang papel sa komunidad.

Nakiisa ang MDRRMO at BFP sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng medical assistance at iba pang serbisyong pangkaligtasan upang masiguro ang kapakanan ng bawat mamamayan.

Isang makabuluhang araw ng bayanihan, serbisyo publiko, at malasakit para sa sambayanang Pilipino.

In response to the LGU's safety measure and the alarming rise in drowning incidents, every resort in San Felipe is required to to deploy 𝐨𝐧𝐞 (𝟏) 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝 on duty for 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲 (𝟐𝟎) 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟
𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 03-14 of the Philippine Coast Guard.
