As part of the continuous efforts of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of San Felipe through the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) to strengthen disaster preparedness and emergency response capabilities, a Water Search and Rescue (WASAR) Training will be conducted on June 24–30, 2026.
This training aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge, skills, and techniques in water rescue operations, emergency response, and proper handling of water-related incidents during disasters and emergencies. The activity also seeks to develop competent responders who can assist in ensuring the safety of communities during floods, storms, and other water-related emergencies.

Sa ika-12 ng Mayo 2026, matagumpay na isinagawa sa Barangay Maloma, San Felipe, Zambales ang NOLCOM Outreach Program na may temang “Serbisyong may Puso, Tulong sa Mangingisdang Pilipino.”

Pinagsama-samang serbisyo at malasakit ang inihatid para sa ating mga mangingisda bilang pagkilala sa kanilang mahalagang papel sa komunidad.

The 𝐌𝐃𝐑𝐑𝐌𝐎 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐞 is officially announcing the opening of 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 for our mandatory safety training!
In response to the LGU's safety measure and the alarming rise in drowning incidents, every resort in San Felipe is required to to deploy 𝐨𝐧𝐞 (𝟏) 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝 on duty for 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲 (𝟐𝟎) 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟
𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 03-14 of the Philippine Coast Guard.
