City of San Fernando, September 14, 2026. DAR Central Luzon under the leadership of Regional Director Atty. Eric Francis Luna and Assistant Regional Director Atty. Odgie Cayabyab spearheaded the simultaneous distribution of more than 600 land titles and farm machineries and equipment worth nearly P400,000 today in support of the departmentโs Handog ng Pangulo initiative.
The Central Luzon Region has consistently observed the simultaneous distribution of land titles and various support services for several years now coinciding with the birthday of President Ferdinand โBongbongโ Marcos, Jr. on top of its regular distribution activities on a year-round basis.
For this yearโs edition, a total of 434 electronic titles and 182 regular titles were awarded to almost 500 agrarian reform beneficiaries covering over 500 hectares. Farm machineries and equipment worth more than P360,000 were also handed out to ARB organizations in Tarlac province.
Awarded machineries include 2 units shallow tube well, 2 sets kubota rotavator blades and knapsack sprayers, among other, benefiting more than 350 farmer beneficiaries.
"We are relentless in our determination to ensure a better quality of life for our agrarian reform beneficiaries in the region," Director Luna was quoted as saying.
DAR Central Luzon has been consistently fulfilling its mandate in harmony with the nine (9) primary goals of Secretary Conrado Estrella III.
"In doing our best, we always ensure that we move and act as one team with our field officials and personnel in pursuit of the departmentโs goals and objectives," Assistant Regional Director Cayabyab emphasized.
The simultaneous distribution activity was also graced by officials from the DAR Central Office.
