𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | Please be informed that the DAR Regional Office III – Legal Division is currently transferring to its new office building at Diosdado Macapagal Government Center, Barangay Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga (beside DBM Region III).

In view of the ongoing transfer and the necessary arrangements for the relocation, there may be temporary adjustments in the processing of transactions, receipt of documents, and accommodation of clients during this period.

We respectfully request your understanding and patience as we undertake this transition. Rest assured that the Legal Division will continue to attend to your concerns and transactions and will endeavor to minimize any inconvenience caused by the transfer.

The public is advised to take note of this arrangement and await further announcements from DARRO III regarding regular office operations

The Department of Agrarian Reform Central Luzon (DAR Central Luzon) participated in the orientation on the updating of the Central Luzon Investment Program (CLIP) for Fiscal Year 2028, on August 17, 2026, held at the De Venecia Hall, South Wing Annex of the House of Representatives.

The event brought together the Central Luzon Bloc and concerned agencies to discuss regional development priorities and proposed programs and projects for the upcoming fiscal year 2028, with 2nd District Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, 3rd District Representative Alyssa Michaela “Mica” M. Gonzales and 4th District Representative Anna York P. Bondoc, M.D., in attendance, alongside DAR Central Luzon, led by Assistant Regional Director Atty. Odgie C. Cayabyab.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office III informs the public that work in the Regional Office is suspended tomorrow, August 10, 2026 (Monday), pursuant to Executive Order No. 13-2026-LGP issued by the Provincial Government of Pampanga due to continuous rains and flooding.

The suspension is implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and the public. Please be guided accordingly and stay safe!

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Central Luzon presented its accomplishments and key performance indicators virtually during the National CY 2026 1st Semester Formative Performance Assessment and CY 2026 2nd Semester Catch-Up Planning Conference on August 3–4, 2026.

The assessment provided an opportunity for DAR Central Luzon to showcase its first semester achievements, discuss implementation challenges, and present its catch-up plans for the second semester in support of the department's commitment to achieving its targets and delivering responsive agrarian reform services.

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Regional Office III is conducting the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project 1st Semester Regional Formative Assessment and 2nd Semester Planning Conference from July 20 to 21, 2026, in Clark, Pampanga, to evaluate the project's implementation during the first half of the year.

Led by Regional Director Atty. Eric Francis G. Luna and Assistant Regional Director Atty. Odgie C. Cayabyab, the two-day conference focuses on assessing the project's operational performance, accomplishments, and fund utilization to identify strengths, address implementation gaps, and enhance the implementation of project targets for the second semester.

The activity also serves as a venue for regional and provincial project implementers to review best practices, discuss operational challenges, and align strategies toward the more efficient and effective implementation of Project SPLIT across Central Luzon.
