𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐍𝐀𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐂𝐎𝐌 𝐑𝐎 𝐈 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐃 𝟏 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

The National Police Commission Regional Office No. I (NAPOLCOM RO I), under the leadership of Atty. George Aplas D. Daskeo, CESO IV, Regional Director, duly represented by Atty. Fidel C. De Vera, Chief Administrative Officer, participated in the 2nd Quarter Regular Development Administration Committee 1 (DevAd 1) Meeting on June 4, 2026 at National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) Regional Office 1, Camp Diego Silang, Carlatan, City of San Fernando, La Union.
The meeting convened key stakeholders from different sectors to address important issues and concerns in development administration within the region. It was attended by representatives from Regional Line Agencies, Local Government Units (LGUs), and Private Sector, who actively participated in the discussions focused on strengthening development administration systems and enhancing transparency in governance processes. The meeting also provided an opportunity for stakeholders to exchange ideas and collaborate to improve coordination and efficiency in regional governance and development planning.
Key matters discussed during the meeting included the endorsement of PMS as Special Non-Voting RDC 1 members, the endorsement of the Foreign Influence and Malign Influence Bill, and the Development Administration Sector Component of the Regional Development Report 2025. The meeting also tackled priority programs for inclusion in the RPMES, the Development Administration Component of the CY 2026 RPMES Project Monitoring Plan and Report, the salient features of Republic Act No. 12001, otherwise known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), Local Government Code, West Asian Conflicts, and the Launching of Bangon Bayan, Panahon Na.
