DA-4K Program Central Luzon Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran ng Kababayang Katutubo (4K) Program Central Luzon

Ayon kay Gilbert Baltazar, Director ng Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran ng Kababayang Katutubo (4K) Program, nakatuon ang 4K Program ng Department of Agriculture (DA) sa agricultural development ng lupaing ninuno o ancestral domain.

Aniya ang National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) ang dapat lapitan ng mga katutubong Pilipino na gustong i-apply ang kanilang lupaing ninuno o ancestral domain para mapasailalim sa naturang programa ng DA.

Ang NCIP aniya ang pangunahing ahensya ng pamahalaan na nag-i-initiate ng lahat ng proseso ng pag-a-apply ng ancestral domain batay sa Indigenous Peoples Rights Act (IPRA).

Watch || The Department of Agriculture - Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran ng Kababayang Katutubo (4K) Program Central Luzon Continues its field Visits and Sub-project monitoring activities to IPOs partner-beneficiaries "Wishful Ancestral Domain Association of Kalanguya" or (WADAKA) in Coordination of National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) and Municipal Agriculture of Carranglan, Nueva Ecija.

These site visits to the community allows the 4K Program to identify the prime commodity, issues and concerns of their commodities, updating the IPOs Profiling, RSBSA Registration and to develop Ancestral Agricultural land of the Indigenous People to be productive, profitable, self-sustained and developed resilient agricultural enterprises.
