Please be advised that the scheduled 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 is hereby 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗗 due to the prevailing inclement weather conditions, continuous rainfall, and flooding in several areas.

This postponement is being implemented as a safety precaution for all participating student-athletes, coaches, officials, organizers, and parents. The safety and well-being of everyone involved remain our top priority.

Kabataang Fernandinos, sa ikatlong pagkakataon, National Finalist tayong muli sa Philippine Sangguniang Kabataan Awards 2026. Ang prestihiyosong parangal na ito ay inorganisa ng Positive Youth Development Network (PYDN), katuwang ang iba’t ibang grupo at ilang ahensya ng pamahalaan.

Sa kategoryang Outstanding Local Youth Development Office (YDO) para sa mga bayan at component cities, pumasok bilang National Finalist ang San Fernando City Youth Development Office (CYDO) sa pamumuno ni Kim John Sagun.

Ayon kay Sagun, ang muling pagkilalang ito ay patunay na sa ilalim ng liderato ni Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag, lahat ng Kabataang Fernandino ay “Kayabe” at walang naiiwan sa anumang programa—mula sa kalusugan, palakasan, sining, pamumuno, at iba pa.

Truly a nice gift this International Youth Day. ❤️
