𝐈𝐧 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐬: OWWA RWO 3 awards the third batch of completers of the OWWA Information Technology Program (ITTP) on March 19 & 23, 2026, at 1BOSSCO, The Bunker, Balanga City, Bataan.
The 3rd batch of completers successfully completed the 10-day intensive program, which featured modules on Computer Fundamentals, Internet Basics, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Graphic Design (Photoshop and Canva), Social Media Marketing, and Freelancing in the Digital Economy.

The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Regional Welfare Office 3 awarded the second batch of completers of the Information Technology Training Program (ITTP) on March 03, 2026, at 1BOSSCO, The Bunker, Balanga City, Bataan.
Seventeen (17) OFWs and their dependents from Bataan underwent a 10-day intensive training featuring the modules on Computer Fundamentals, Internet Basics, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Graphic Design (Photoshop and Canva), Social Media Marketing, and Freelancing in Digital Economy. This was facilitated by OWWA RWO 3 IT Skills Instructor of Bataan, Romalyn Masamoc.

Matagumpay na naisagawa nitong ika-22 ng Pebrero 2026 ang ikalawang araw ng nationwide qualifying examination para sa susunod na batch ng mga EDSP Scholars ng Overseas Workers Welfare Administration.

Taos-puso kaming nagpapasalamat at nagpupugay sa lahat ng examinees mula sa Rehiyon 3 na buong tapang at determinasyong hinarap ang pagsusulit. Ipinagmamalaki namin kayo!

The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Regional Welfare Office 3 (OWWA RWO 3) awarded the first batch of completers of the Information Technology Training Program (ITTP) today, February 13, 2026, at 1BOSSCO The Bunker, Balanga City, Bataan.
Eight OFWs and dependents from Bataan who availed the said program received their Certificate of Completion, marking the successful completion of the training.
Key modules discussed during their 10-day intensive training were: 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑭𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒔, 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒕 𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒔, 𝑴𝑺 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 ( 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒅, 𝑬𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍, 𝑷𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒕 ), 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒉𝒊𝒄 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏 ( 𝑷𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒑 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒗𝒂), 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝑫𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑬𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒎𝒚. The activity was presided over by OWWA RWO 3 IT Skills Instructor of Bataan, Romalyn Masamoc.
Present also during the awarding ceremony were Bataan Provincial PESO Manager, Maria Eva Basalo, along with Labor and Employment III, Kevin A. Anillo.
OWWA RWO 3 continues to support skills development initiatives that empower the OFWs and their dependents by enhancing their employability and digital competencies.

𝐎𝐖𝐖𝐀 𝐈𝐓 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧!
The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Regional Welfare Office 3 (OWWA RWO 3) formally reopened the Information Technology Training Program in Bataan today, February 02, 2026.
Five (5) students who are dependents of OFWs from different municipalities of Bataan participated in the opening of the training program, which was led by OWWA RWO 3 IT Skills Instructor, Romalyn Masamoc, and with the presence of OWWA RWO 3 OIC Regional Director, Redina C. Manlapaz, OIC of Programs and Services Division, Pilipina C. Dino, Reintegration Unit Head, Mark Joseph C. Bondoc, and Alvin M. Yabut, OWWO II.
Under the said program, the following modules were offered to the participants:
✅ Orientation about OWWA Programs and Services
✅ Keyboard familiarity
✅ Computer fundamentals
✅ Word processing fundamentals
✅ Spreadsheet fundamentals
✅ Presentation fundamentals
✅ Internet and WWW fundamentals
✅ Digital media fundamentals and more
This initiative of OWWA is in partnership with the Provincial Government of Bataan and the Peso Capitol Bataan. It is a free 10-day intensive training program that aims to enhance the digital literacy of the OFWs and their dependents to be able to adapt to the fast-paced environment.
