𝗔 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘: 𝟯𝗥𝗗 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗚𝗜𝗙𝗧-𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗦

In celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Taclobo, under the leadership of 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙖𝙝 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙡 𝙍𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙤 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙡, 𝙎𝙆 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣, conducted its 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁-𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 on August 17, 2026, at 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗴 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, the third school beneficiary of this year’s outreach initiative.

Now on its 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧, this initiative has become one of SK Taclobo’s flagship outreach programs, reflecting the council’s steadfast commitment to extending meaningful support and bringing joy to young learners. Through the simple act of giving, the program continues to promote kindness, generosity, and community service.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Taclobo extends its heartfelt gratitude to the faculty and staff of Layag Cultural Minority School, under the guidance of 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗮, Teacher-in-Charge, for their warm hospitality, invaluable cooperation, and unwavering support, all of which contributed significantly to the successful implementation of this meaningful outreach activity.

𝗦𝗞 𝗧𝗔𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗕𝗢 𝗟𝗔𝗥𝗢 𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗔𝗛𝗜 | REVIVING TRADITION. UNITING THE YOUTH.

As part of the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 activities, the Sangguniang Kabataan- Brgy Taclobo, under the leadership of 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗥. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹, SK Chairperson, in partnership with the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception PYM- SF, successfully conducted the Laro ng Lahi on August 15, 2026.

The activity was filled with fun, camaraderie, and cultural appreciation as the youth participated in various traditional Filipino games. It was followed by a 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩, providing an opportunity for the youth, volunteers, and guests to come together, share a meal, and strengthen the spirit of friendship and unity.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our generous sponsors: SB Member Hon. Marites R. Clavel, who also joined us in the celebration; Dr. Margie Banzuelo Rio; Hon. SB Member Cedmarc Francis Renion; and Ms. Flor Maravilla.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Taclobo presents the official results of the SK Taclobo’s Reel Heritage Challenge: “Our Chapel, Our Story.”

We extend our sincere congratulations to the following winners:

We also commend all participants for their creativity, dedication, and meaningful efforts in highlighting our local heritage and telling stories that reflect the cultural identity of our respective community.

The 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙜𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙏𝙖𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙗𝙤, under the leadership of 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹, 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻, in collaboration with the Kabataan ng Taclobo - Our Mother of Perpetual Help Chapel, conducted a Community Outreach Program at Sitio Cantingas, Barangay Taclobo, San Fernando, Romblon, on August 08, 2026.

The activity brought together young individuals in an atmosphere of 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝, 𝙛𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥, 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚. It served as an opportunity to strengthen their faith, encourage active participation in community activities, and deepen their understanding of the important role of the youth in serving and contributing to the well-being of the people around them.

As part of the activity, the youth participated in a 𝘽𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙯, providing a fun and meaningful way to deepen their knowledge of the Holy Scriptures while strengthening their faith. The gathering also included the sharing of snacks together, creating an atmosphere of fellowship where the youth could bond, share stories, and enjoy one another’s company.

A simple 𝙜𝙞𝙛𝙩-𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 was also conducted, sharing joy and blessings with the youth and community members of Sitio Cantingas. More than the gifts themselves, the gesture reflected the spirit of generosity, kindness, and compassion that the youth can carry into their daily lives and communities.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Taclobo remains committed to creating meaningful opportunities that empower the youth to 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝, 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙚 in programs and activities that contribute to the betterment of our beloved barangay.

In celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Taclobo under the leadership of 𝙃𝙤𝙣.
