Namfrel La Union Chapter Ang NAMFREL o National Citizens' Movement for Free Elections ay isang organisasyong tagapagbantay ng halalan sa Pilipinas.

It is a NON-PARTISAN, nationwide organization of individual citizens & civic, religious, business, labor, educational, youth, & NGO's, voluntarily working for the cause of free, orderly & honest elections.
