Please be informed that on 30 October 2025, the CSC Regional Office III and its Field Offices in Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales will be open only from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN. This adjustment is in view of the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day. On this day, Field Offices and Divisions in the Regional Office, except the Examination Services Division, will be limited to receiving documents only.

Frontline services will be available only until 12:00 NN on 30 October 2025. Regular transactions will resume on 03 November 2025, Monday. Kindly plan your transactions accordingly.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Zambales Field Office announces that applications for the March 8, 2026 Career Service Examination — Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) in Olongapo City will be accepted STRICTLY through the CSC ESERVE BOOKING SYSTEM ONLY. Walk-in applicants will NOT be entertained, and DOUBLE BOOKING OF APPPOINTMENTS is strictly prohibited. Once all slots are filled, we will stop accepting applicants.

To ensure a queuing system pursuant to RA 6713 and RA 11032 - Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery (EODB-EGSD) and maintain the orderliness and promote smooth conduct of processing of CSE-PPT application, PICKTIME ONLINE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING is adopted in CSC Field Office - Bulacan.

Please be informed that the filing of applications for the 08 MARCH 2026 Career Service Examination Pen and Paper Test will start on 03 NOVEMBER 2025.

Our Field Offices will adopt the following modes of application:

Option 1: Walk-in - In walk-in mode of application, applicants will apply at the particular CSC RO III Field Offices without need for prior appointment. They will be served based on availability of slots for the day.

Option 2: Online Booking of Appointment Thru Picktime and eServe - In online booking of appointment, applicants must book an appointment prior to their visit to CSC RO III Field Offices.

Online booking of appointment shall automatically stop once the daily quota is reached. Clients are also reminded not book multiple times.

CSC warns public against new scam involving fake administrative cases

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) warns the public, particularly government employees, against a new scam involving individuals falsely posing as CSC officials.

According to reports, these scammers contact government workers claiming that an administrative case has been filed against them, and then instruct them to contact a certain “Roland Insigne” via mobile number 0917-801-7009.

The public is strongly advised not to engage with scammers and to report any similar incidents immediately to:
