The Regional Mobile Force Battalion 1 conducted its Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting centered on the theme, "A Leader Finishes Well (Legacy)." The session emphasized that true leadership is not measured solely by achievements during one's tenure, but by the lasting positive impact, values, and inspiration left behind for others to follow.

Through meaningful discussions and shared insights, personnel were reminded that every action, decision, and example set today contributes to the legacy they will leave tomorrow. The activity reinforced the importance of integrity, accountability, humility, and service-oriented leadership in building a stronger and more professional organization.

Personnel of the 103rd Maneuver Company, while conducting routine patrol operations, promptly responded to a vehicular accident along their area of responsibility.

Upon arrival at the scene, the responding personnel immediately assessed the situation, secured the area, and provided necessary assistance to ensure the safety of motorists and bystanders, also, assisted in stabilizing the delivery truck involved in the incident while waiting for the arrival of personnel from the concerned police station and other responding authorities.

This swift response highlights the commitment of this unit to ensure public safety, maintain peace and order, and provide immediate assistance during emergency situations in support of the Enhance framework ALERTO the Acting Regional Director of Police Regional Office 1, PBGEN JOVENCIO S BADUA JR.

A joint intelligence-led law enforcement operation spearheaded by the PNP 101st Maneuver Company, RMFB 1, successfully led to the 𝘼𝙍𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙏 𝙊𝙁 𝙊𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙍 𝙒𝘼𝙉𝙏𝙀𝘿 𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙎𝙊𝙉 for the violation of Illegal Recruitment in Large Scale with no recommended bail.

The operation was conducted under the supervision of PCOL FIDEL DE GUZMAN JUNIO, Force Commander RMFB1, in close coordination with Claveria MPS, Cagayan and Claveria Law Enforcement Team. The collaborative effort highlights the strong coordination and operational effectiveness of various law enforcement units in pursuing wanted persons and ensuring that justice prevails.

This successful arrest reflects the unwavering commitment of the Philippine National Police to intensify its anti-criminality campaign, uphold the rule of law, and maintain peace and public safety in the community. It also demonstrates the dedication of law enforcement personnel in protecting citizens and preserving order through proactive and intelligence-driven operations.

In line with the vision of our Acting Regional Director, PBGEN JOVENCIO S.
