The theme revealed that foremost in the Chairman’s agenda was to keep the people of La Union safe from anthropogenic and natural disasters. He believes that the government must always safeguard the people from the ill intents of unscrupulous elements and the damaging impacts of the forces of nature that would pull down the hard earned and sustained quality of life that the people enjoy.
