PRESS STATEMENT OF BARANGAY CAPTAIN REGHIS EVARISTO ON THE Supreme Court Petition for Certiorari decision of DISMISSAL of all Criminal Case and Court of Appeal Dismissal of Administrative Case

First of all I want to give all the highest glory and praises to our Lord God.

On behalf of my family, I would like to extend my gratitude to all the people who have supported us through these trying times.

It has been especially hard on me, my whole family , friends , relatives,my barangay san agustin employees then who were immensely hurt by these false accusations.

The decision of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals is a concrete validation of what I've always insisted, that these personal attacks, political manipulation were baseless and without evidence.

I have maintained since the beginning, I have placed my full trust in our justice system, and thankfully the truth has prevailed and through the Lord God the truth will always prevails.
