As we bid farewell to Ma’am Gayfelyn’s remarkable chapter with the Local Government Audit Sector – Audit Group A (LGAS-AGA) Ilocos Norte , we also celebrate the exciting new journey she is about to begin with the National Government Audit Sector (NGAS).

Her transition is more than just a change in assignment—it is a return to her former post, now with greater responsibility as Audit Team Leader, a testament to her unwavering dedication and the trust placed in her to continue shaping excellence wherever she goes.

During her time with LGAS-AGA, Ma’am Gayfelyn exemplified integrity, insight, and impact. She led with heart and purpose, leaving behind a legacy of professionalism and transformative guidance. Her leadership was not only about achieving results but also about inspiring people, nurturing growth, and instilling values that will endure long after her departure.

The COA Ilocos Norte Family is profoundly saddened by the untimely demise of Mr. Rizalino "Rizal" C. Franco, Jr., a distinguished and dedicated retiree of the Commission.

He is the first ever Supervising Auditor of the Commission on Audit who hailed from Ilocos Norte.

The COA Ilocos Norte family extends deepest condolences to the family of Mr. Franco and loved ones during this time of grief.
