According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ฆ๐), monsoon rains are expected over parts of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, and Pangasinan, with periods of moderate to heavy rainfall. These conditions may result in ๐ณ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ต ๐ณ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ๐, ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐น๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐, ๐๐น๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐, particularly in low-lying, mountainous, and landslide-prone areas.
