By making government project details—like budget, timelines, and responsible agencies—public and easily accessible on the Projects page, the platform brings information out into the open. When citizens can see what's supposed to be happening, it's easier to hold officials accountable for progress and results.
Public Record of Issues
The Issues section acts as a public ledger. When someone reports a pothole or a waste management problem, it's not just a private complaint. It's a visible, timestamped record that everyone can see. This public pressure encourages a timely response from the relevant authorities.
Direct Feedback Loop
