The assembly served as an avenue to introduce the PCRP, its objectives, and its participatory processes that empower communities to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and priority resilience investments. Community members from various sectorsโincluding women, farmers, fisherfolks, youths, senior citizens, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)โactively participated in the discussions and expressed their strong support for the program, demonstrating their commitment to building safer, stronger, and more resilient communities.
To further strengthen community participation and ownership of the program, Community Volunteers were organized. The group is composed of representatives from each sitio, various community sectors, and key stakeholders from the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU), People's Organizations (POs), and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
The Community Volunteers, in partnership with the BLGU, will serve as the primary community-based body responsible for facilitating and supporting the implementation of PCRP activities and processes at the barangay level. Through their active involvement, the program promotes an inclusive, participatory, and community-driven approach to resilience planning and development.

This commitment was further strengthened through the approval of the Barangay Resolution of Acceptance and the Barangay Resolution recognizing and organizing the Community Volunteers, demonstrating the barangay's strong commitment to the successful implementation of the program.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all barangay officials, community volunteers, stakeholders, and residents whose invaluable participation, cooperation, and support made this important undertaking a success. Your dedication and collective efforts are vital in advancing a more resilient, inclusive, and empowered community.
