Please be informed that the venue for the Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) scheduled for September 2, 2026 has been relocated.

Previous Venue: Municipal Gymnasium
New Venue: Tourism Eco Park
Dates: September 2, 2026
Time: Registration Start at 8:00 am in the Morning

All registered participants are advised to proceed directly to the Tourism Eco Park on the specified dates. Please bring your required documents, valid IDs, and necessary materials.

LTO OUTREACH CARAVAN & MOBILE SERVICES IS COMING TO SAN FERNANDO! 🚗🏍️💨

Due to high public demand and the growing need for accessible government services, the Municipality of San Fernando, Bukidnon, through the Municipal Traffic Aide (MTA) in partnership with the Land Transportation Office (LTO), is bringing services closer to you this September 2–4, 2026!

Free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC)
NOTE: FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! LIMITED SLOTS ONLY!

Schedule: September 2–3, 2026

Details: Mandatory 15-hour instruction covering road courtesy, defensive driving, and traffic laws for new applicants.

Student Permit & License Renewal

Schedule: September 3, 2026 @ Municipal Gymnasium
September 4, 2026 @ Municipal Judiciary Building

Details: On-site application, processing, and renewal for Student Driver Permits and Driver's Licenses.

Vehicle Registration Renewal

Schedule: September 3, 2026 @ Municipal Gymnasium
September 4, 2026 @ Municipal Judiciary Building

Details: On-site renewal services for motorcycles, tricycles, and four-wheeled vehicles.

Mobile Vehicle Emission Testing

Schedule: September 3, 2026 ONLY (UNDER BIG TALISAY TREE)

Details: Required emission testing for vehicle registration renewals (1-day setup).
