The Municipality of San Francisco, Southern Leyte is proud to share that we have successfully passed the 2026 Regional Local Governance Champions (RLGC) Onsite Assessment conducted by the Provincial Assessment Team on August 5, 2026.

We like to extend our sincerest appreciation to Hon. Jason D. Ortizo, Municipal Mayor; Hon. Fe G. Maruhom, Municipal Vice Mayor; the Sangguniang Bayan, our MLGOO, Ms. Maria Imelda A. Orilla (and staff), Department Heads, LGU employees, partner agencies, barangay officials, stakeholders, and every individual whose dedication, hard work, and cooperation made this achievement possible.

This accomplishment belongs to every San Franciscohanon.

We would like to remind everyone that if the allocated tickets for our Municipality will not be availed today, the remaining tickets will be offered to other interested buyers who wish to purchase tickets.

We encourage interested attendees to secure their tickets as soon as possible to support our candidate April Ultado and also to avoid missing this opportunity.
