On July 30, 2024 at about 12:30 in the afternoon, PEMS Marcelina R Villatuya, MESPO/WCPD PNCO joined the DSWD in a Symposium Activity with the theme “Bata, Bata Kamusta Ka Na? Participated by more or less fifty (50) Out-of-School Youth held at Annex Central Elementary School, Brgy Población, San Francisco, Quezon. She discussed the rights of a child and prevention measures not to be victimized by Child Labor and other related matters concerning children.
