The Municipal Government of San Isidro led by Hon. Vilmer Bravo extends his sincere gratitude to DICT Region II for this meaningful initiative and reaffirms San Isidro's continued partnership in advancing digital transformation and technology-enabled public service delivery.

Today’s event represented by SB Member on Health Christine Villacruz Bravo and Municipal Health Officer Dra. Ruth Valdez, participated in the Simultaneous Handog ng Pangulo 2026 Activity, where the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region II formally turned over tablet devices to beneficiary health institutions across the Province of Isabela.

The Rhu San Isidro formally received and accepted 14 tablet devices, strengthening the digital capabilities of our frontline health workers and enhancing the delivery of essential public services to our constituents.

True youth empowerment means building a community where every young person feels respected, valued, and safe!

As part of our Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 celebration, we tackled crucial social rights with the help of our dedicated resource speakers from the PNP.

A huge salute to our speakers for delivering these timely and engaging discussions:

Empowering Youth Through Gender Sensitivity & Equality: PMSG Eden V. Ambojnon challenged societal stereotypes, reminding our young leaders that true progress requires inclusivity, equal opportunity, and mutual respect.

Safe Spaces Act Orientation: PMAJ Ana Marie P. Anog provided an eye-opening breakdown of the "Bawal Bastos" Law, equipping the youth to actively protect their rights and foster safe environments—whether in public, at school, or online.

Knowledge is our greatest defense.

This impactful event was made possible through the proactive leadership of SK Federation President Hon. Krizha Garzota Bravo and the unending support of Mayor Vilmer B. Bravo.

As the Committee on Health Chairwoman, I am incredibly proud to partner with the LGU-Rhu San Isidro to bring critical health discussions to the forefront of our Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 celebration.

A healthy community starts with informed youth. A massive thank you to our dedicated resource speakers from the RHU who delivered profound, eye-opening sessions tailored perfectly for our young attendees:

Mental Health Matters: Ma’am Analyn R. Cagingging, RN (Mental Health Coordinator), led an open, stigma-free discussion on mental wellness, reminding our youth that prioritizing their peace of mind is just as important as physical health.

Reproductive Health & Reality: Ma’am Jyra Angelique P. Viloria, RN, tackled the pressing issues of Teenage Pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), providing honest, vital information to help our young people make safe, informed life choices.

Empowering our youth to step up as everyday heroes when it matters most!

In celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, our community came together for an intensive and highly successful Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid Seminar.

Driven by the proactive leadership and vision of SK Federation President Hon. Krizha Garzota Bravo, this initiative goes beyond traditional youth activities, it actively transforms our young citizens into capable, confident first responders.

This milestone event would not have reached its full potential without the unending, foundational support of Mayor Vilmer Bravo, whose dedication to youth empowerment continues to shape our local programs.

As the Committee on Health Chairperson, Hon. Christine Villacruz Bravo, I am grateful for this cause to ensure our community's health and safety protocols prioritizing at the grassroots level.

To all the enthusiastic young participants who dedicated their time and energy to learning these vital skills: thank you, you have proven that the youth are not just waiting to inherit the future; you are actively working to protect it today.

Action and Application From theory to action: Day 2 of our Basic Life Support (BLS) Training!

After a day of intensive lectures, it was time to put our skills to the test! With the continuous support of Mayor Vilmer B. Bravo, our frontliners successfully completed the second and final day of the BLS Training.

Day 2 focused heavily on the Return Demonstration, where our SB Member on Health, Hon. Christine Villacruz Bravo, Rhu San Isidro personnel, and LDRRMO rescuers engaged in hands-on application of CPR, airway management, and other life-saving techniques.

To wrap up the event, participants took a Post-Test to measure how much they learned and improved over the two days.

We are incredibly proud to see the dedication of our local policymakers, medical staff, and rescuers.

San Isidro now has a more confident, capable, and united team ready to respond to emergencies!

Day 1: Laying the Foundation

Kicking off our 2-Day Basic Life Support (BLS) Training: Knowledge is the first step to saving lives!

Under the leadership of Mayor Vilmer B. Bravo, the Committee on Health Hon. Christine Villacruz Bravo, Rhu San Isidro and MDRRMO officially began our intensive BLS Training.

Day 1 was all about building a solid foundation.

Our dedicated participants comprising the SB Committee on Health, RHU personnel, and LDRRM rescuers started the day with a Pre-Test to gauge their baseline knowledge.

This was followed by comprehensive lectures and discussions led by our expert trainers, covering the critical theories behind emergency medical response and life support.

A strong theoretical understanding is key before we jump into the action.

Stay tuned for Day 2 as our frontliners put these lessons into practice!
