๐ฅ๐ฅ SAN JOAQUIN FYDC FIGHTLAB โ MARTIAL ARTS SUMMER CLINIC 2026 ๐ฅ๐ฅ
With gratitude and pride, we officially conclude the San Joaquin FYDC FightLab Martial Arts Summer Clinic 2026, held on May 9, 16, 23, and 30. Our final session was attended by 15 enthusiastic young participants who demonstrated dedication, discipline, perseverance, and a passion for personal growth through martial arts.
The San Joaquin FYDC FightLab was established not only to introduce the fundamentals of Muay Thai and Boxing but also to provide a positive avenue for youth development. Through sports, participants learned valuable life skills such as self-discipline, respect, confidence, teamwork, and resilienceโqualities that will serve them well both inside and outside the training area.
This successful program would not have been possible without the support of individuals and leaders who believe in investing in the development of our youth.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to:
๐ Hon. Arthur R. Defensor, Jr., Governor of Iloilo Province, for his generous donation of boxing gloves and focus mitts, which significantly enhanced the quality of our training sessions.
๐ Atty. Ruel Von Superio, Provincial Population Officer, for his continued support of youth development initiatives and for helping provide essential training equipment for the program.
๐ Hon. Atty. Joe Abad Lazaro, Jr., Municipal Mayor of San Joaquin, for his steadfast support of programs that promote the health, well-being, and empowerment of the youth in our community.
๐ Mr. Ben Gonzales, whose expertise, dedication, and passion as a martial arts coach greatly enriched the learning experience of our participants. We are especially grateful for his voluntary service and free training sessions, which made this program accessible to more young people.
๐ Mr. John Earl Napao, Local Youth Development Officer, for actively promoting the activity among the youth and encouraging their participation. His commitment to youth engagement and development helped connect young people to this meaningful opportunity for learning, fitness, and personal growth.
๐ Ms. Allyssa Jade Dela Rosa, for her creativity and dedication in designing the promotional materials that helped raise awareness and encourage participation in the program.
To our youth participants, parents, volunteers, and supporters, thank you for being part of this journey. Your enthusiasm and commitment made the San Joaquin FYDC FightLab more than just a summer clinicโit became a platform for learning, growth, friendship, and community building.
As we close this chapter, we look forward to continuing programs that inspire our youth to pursue healthy lifestyles, develop strong character, and become future leaders of San Joaquin.
Together, we are building stronger bodies, stronger minds, and a stronger communityโone young person at a time.
