PAMBANSANG BUWAN AT ARAW NG PAGBASA
Ngayong Nobyembre, sabay-sabay nating ipagdiwang ang Pambansang Araw at Buwan ng Pagbasa, isang pambansang selebrasyon na naglalayong palaganapin ang pagmamahal sa pagbabasa at pagpapalakas ng literacy sa buong bansa na may temang: "Sa Pagbasa, May Pag-asa"
Pinapaalala nito sa atin na ang pagbabasa ay hindi lamang libangan—ito ang susi sa kaalaman, pag-unlad, at mas maliwanag na kinabukasan para sa lahat.
Sama-sama nating pagyamanin ang kultura ng pagbabasa sa ating mga paaralan, komunidad, at tahanan. Magbahagi ng mga kuwento, mag-organisa ng storytelling sessions, book drives, at read-along events sa ating Library, at higit sa lahat, maglaan ng oras upang pasiglahin ang diwa ng pagbabasa!

Ngayong araw ay ating ginugunita ang ika-126 na Taong Anibersaryo ng Kamatayan ng ating Pambansang Bayani na si Dr. Jose Rizal na binaril sa Bagumbayan (Luneta Park) taong 1896. Ating alalahanin ang kanyang kabayanihan sa ating isip, sa ating salita at sa ating gawa.
