โข Must be a College or K-12 graduate (following OM 2024-107);
โข Preferably with experience in census/survey undertaking;
โข Preferably knows how to use android mobile devices (tablets/smartphones)
โข With legible handwriting;
โข Physically fit for field work (if female, must not be pregnant);
โข With good moral character;
โข Able to speak the local dialect;
โข With the ability to deal with the public tactfully;
โข Does not have any existing work contract with other office/agency;
โข Willing to be assigned in any barangay and/or municipality;
โข Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays and beyond 5:00 pm, if necessary
