The activity formed part of the 2nd Year implementation of the Fight for OKSI Project, which aims to strengthen local enterprises through innovation, skills development, and value-adding initiatives.

Mr. Arvin Jonathan L. Flores and Ms. Joszel M. Cajayon served as resource persons and shared their expertise in meat and fish processing technologies, product development, and enterprise innovation. Through the training, participants enhanced their technical competencies and gained practical knowledge to improve the competitiveness, resilience, and sustainability of their businesses.

The BS in Information Technology Department conducted the 2-day program titled โ€œ๐€๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐œ๐ž ๐Ÿ’.๐ŸŽ: ๐ƒ๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐š๐ฉ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐‹๐ข๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ฒ ๐„๐ง๐ก๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆโ€ in partnership with the Occidental Mindoro Police Provincial Office and the 1st Occidental Mindoro Provincial Mobile Force Company (OMPMFC) on May 21โ€“22, 2026 at Computer Laboratories 2 and 3 of OMSC San Jose Campus. The program strengthened the digital competencies of administrative staff and Police Non-Commissioned Officers through hands-on training in office applications, digital communication, records management, and cyber security awareness.

Mr. Ariel R. Manuel led the activity and guided the participants through practical technology-based administrative practices. The training gathered 74 personnel from the 1st and 2nd OMPMFC, 68th IB Philippine Army, RMFB, PNP-SAF, and BJMP. The initiative enhanced workforce readiness, improved operational efficiency, and supported digital transformation in public sector services.

Meanwhile, Mr. Arvin Jonathan L. Flores delivered the second lecture on โ€œDrench Application for Fish-Derived Protein Hydrolysates on Onion Production,โ€ where he shared practical applications and its potential in enhancing onion growth and production. Through the seminar, students gained valuable insights on sustainable and science-based agricultural innovations.
