August 24, 2026 | Coordination Meeting on Documentary Requirements for Project Implementation
The Provincial Government of Antique, through the Office of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator (OPPDC), conducted a Coordination Meeting with concerned line agencies to harmonize documentary requirements and strengthen coordination in the implementation of provincial government-funded projects.
The meeting brought together concerned agencies to discuss their respective requirements, procedures, and guidelines relevant to project implementation.
As part of the activity, the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) and the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) presented their respective documentary requirements, procedures, and other guidelines that project proponents need to consider in the planning and implementation of projects under their jurisdiction.
The presentations provided an avenue to clarify agency-specific requirements, address concerns, and identify necessary permits, clearances, and supporting documents that may be required before project implementation.
The OPPDC emphasized that sustained coordination among the Provincial Government and national government agencies is essential in ensuring that priority projects are implemented efficiently, properly documented, and in accordance with existing laws, rules, and regulations.
The activity forms part of the Provinceโs continuing efforts to strengthen inter-agency collaboration and improve the delivery of programs and projects for the people of Antique.
