In relation to the published Tropical Cyclone Bulletin Nr. 19 issued by PAGASA as of 05:00 PM, October 19, 2025 This station is ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ฌ of all vessels/watercrafts plying the route within the area of responsibility of ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐จ๐ซ๐จ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐, due to hoisting of ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ง๐๐ฅ (๐๐๐๐) ๐๐จ. ๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ "๐๐๐๐๐" and the possible effect of inclement of weather in accordance to the HPCG Memorandum Circular 02-23 entitled Revised Guidelines on Movement of Vessels during Heavy Weather dated 23 March 2023.
Moreover, voyages may be allowed in the Main Supply Routes and Special Area: under the condition set forth by the NHQ-PCG MC 02-23, as verified this station, all vessels are reminded to take precautionary measures and be extra vigila monitoring the movement of typhoon if deemed to be affected by said weather sturbance. Voyage of vessel will resume until further notice and upon improvemen f weather and sea condition.
Furthermore, vessels which intend to take shelter shall be permitted as long as it i nanifested through a written request and no passenger/cargo will be allowed or board.
