United Provincial Government Employees of Antique - UPGEA The United Provincial Government Employees of Antique or UPGEA is the union organized by Provincial Government Employees of Antique on August 11,2012.

The organization aims to unite the employees in the quest for the ideals of public service to foster harmonious and progressive labor management relations. This organization is a NON-PARTISAN and will always uphold democratic ideals and principles. The union is now registered with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Civil Service Commission (CSC) as evidenced by the Certificate of Registration No. 1856 issued on October 1, 2012.
