Committed to continuous learning and to strengthening responsible youth leadership, SK Chairman Mark Adrian Galicia, SK Secretary Arven Barte, and SK Councilor Edlyn Baes actively participated in the Seminar-Workshop on the Annual Budget, ABYIP, and CBYDP. Their involvement reflects the Sangguniang Kabataan’s dedication to gaining the knowledge and skills needed to plan effectively, manage resources wisely, and uphold transparency in all youth-related initiatives.

Through these efforts, we aim to craft plans and programs that are not only well-designed but also grounded in the real needs, concerns, and aspirations of the young people in our community. Together, we continue working to build a more empowered, well-represented, and future-ready youth sector. 🌟
