Isang patunay ng tapat, marangal, at subok na liderato! Ang Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Bubog ay opisyal na pinarangalan ng Seal of Good Youth Governance sa ginanap na Dangal ng Kabataang Mindoreรฑo sa Probinsya ng Occidental Mindoro!

Ang makasaysayang tagumpay na ito ay naging posible sa ilalim ng mahusay, visionary, at buong-pusong pamumuno ni SK Chairperson Reynante Opague, Jr. Ang kanyang walang sawang dedikasyon, integridad, at tunay na malasakit sa kabataan ang naging pundasyon upang makamit ng ating barangay ang pinakamataas na antas ng pampublikong paglilingkod.
