The Southwest Monsoon will bring strong to gale-force gusts over the following areas (especially in coastal and upland areas exposed to winds):

โฃ 24-Hour Sea Condition Outlook
Up to very rough seas over the following coastal waters:
โข Up to 4.5 m: The seaboard of Batanes.
โข Sea travel is risky for all types or tonnage of vessels. All mariners must remain in port or, if underway, seek shelter or safe harbor as soon as possible until winds and waves subside.
Up to rough seas over the following coastal waters:
โข Up to 4.0 m: The seaboard of Babuyan Islands; the northeastern seaboard of mainland Cagayan.
โข Up to 3.5 m: The eastern seaboard of Davao Oriental.
โข Up to 3.0 m: The seaboards of Isabela and northeastern Aurora; the northern seaboard of Ilocos Norte, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur; the eastern seaboard of Polillo Islands, Catanduanes, and Northern Samar; the remaining seaboard of mainland Cagayan.
โข Mariners of small seacrafts, including all types of motorbancas, are advised not to venture out to sea under these conditions, especially if inexperienced of operating ill-equipped vessels.

โข Up to 2.5 m: The seaboards of Zambales, Lubang Islands, Kalayaan Islands, and Surigao del Sur; the western seaboards of Pangasinan, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, Calamian Islands, and northern mainland Palawan; the eastern seaboards of Albay, Sorsogon, Eastern Samar, Dinagat Islands, and Siargao-Bucas Grande Islands; the remaining seaboards of Aurora and Camarines Norte; the northern seaboard of Polillo Islands.
โข Up to 2.0 m: The seaboards of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Romblon, Masbate, Cuyo Islands, Cagayancillo Islands, Antique including Caluya Islands, Camiguin, Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, Davao City, Davao del Sur, and Davao Occidental; the western seaboards of mainland Palawan and Negros Occidental; the southern seaboards of Quezon, Marinduque, Iloilo, Guimaras, Negros Oriental, Bohol, Southern Leyte, and Siquijor; the northern seaboard of Cebu, Biliran, northwestern Leyte, and Misamis Oriental; the remaining seaboards of Ilocos Norte, Pangasinan, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Northern Samar, and Davao Oriental.
โข Mariners of motorbancas and similarly sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigation under these conditions.
Other coastal waters have forecast wave heights of less than 2.0 m.
TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK
โข It must be emphasized that heavy rainfall and gusty conditions may still be experienced in certain localities. Refer to โOther Hazards affecting Land Areasโ for more details.
โข Due to unfavorable conditions, MAYMAY has weakened into a low pressure area at 2:00 AM today. In the next few hours, the remnant low will be fully assimilated into the circulation of Tropical Cyclone DOLPHIN.
Considering these developments, the public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned are advised to take all necessary measures to protect life and property. Persons living in areas identified to be highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards are advised to follow evacuation and other instructions from local officials. For heavy rainfall warnings, thunderstorm/rainfall advisories, and other severe weather information specific to your area, please monitor products issued by your local PAGASA Regional Services Division.
